ZenaTech Acquires 28th DaaS Firm, Canadian Engineering Company Cogswell

ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) completed the acquisition of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia-based Cogswell Engineering, Ltd. on Wednesday, marking the AI drone and enterprise software company's 28th Drone as a Service deal and its third Canadian purchase to date. The move extends ZenaTech's regional presence, as Cogswell becomes its second acquisition in the Halifax area.

Cogswell Engineering is a full-service firm covering civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines. Its client base spans builders, construction companies, public works authorities, and multi-jurisdictional organizations operating across five Canadian provinces, giving ZenaTech immediate access to an established roster of government and commercial customers in Atlantic and broader Canada.
